We believe that a great candle experience starts with proper care. For the best results, follow these tips:

• On the first burn, let your candle burn for at least 2 hours but no longer than 4 hours to ensure an even melt pool.

• When not in use, store your candle with the lid on in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve its scent and quality.

The white crystalline layer you may notice on your candle is called frosting, a natural characteristic of pure soy wax. This is completely normal and does not affect the candle’s quality or performance. In fact, it’s a sign that your candle is made with 100% natural soy wax, free from additives.

Soy wax is made from soybeans, which are husked and dried into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and undergoes a process called hydrogenation. This process converts the oil into a solid form at room temperature, similar to coconut wax, making it perfect for candle-making.

The lifespan of our reed diffusers depends on various factors, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and humidity levels. However, based on our experience, a 100ml diffuser typically lasts around 3-4 months. The exact duration may vary depending on the temperature and airflow in your home.

We recommend starting with all 8 reeds to achieve the full scent experience. If you find the aroma too strong or the diffuser is diffusing too quickly, simply remove a couple of reeds to adjust the intensity. For a subtle scent, you can start with fewer reeds, and for a medium scent throw, 6 reeds should do the trick.

If the scent has weakened, try flipping the reeds. This simple adjustment can help give the diffusion process a little boost. However, avoid flipping them too often, as doing so too frequently can make the oil disperse faster.

Another option is to gently swirl the bottle, which can help blend the ingredients in the oil and strengthen the scent.

If the diffuser is placed in a low-traffic area, try moving it to a spot with more airflow. Higher-traffic areas can help the oil spread more evenly throughout the space.
