All our candles are made using all-natural, plant-based soy wax with unbleached cotton wicks for a clean and long-lasting burn. Our candles are vegan, paraffin-free and free from toxins.

We believe that the excellent candle experience begins with proper candle care. We always recommend that the first time you burn your candle, burn it for a minimum of 2 hours and no longer than 4 hours. Trim the wick to 5-10mm before lighting the candle each time. When the candle is 'resting', keep it closed, in a cool, dry place and away from the sunlight.

The occasional white crystalline coating on the top of the jar is called "frosting" and it is a totally normal occurrence with natural soy wax. This does not affect the quality or the performance of the candle’s burn in any way and also means your wax is 100% natural.

Soybeans are husked and dried into flake form, then the oil is extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated. The process of hydrogenation allows it to be solid at room temperature like coconut wax.

There are many factors that contribute to how long the oils last. Air conditioning, heating, closed doors, open doors, dehumidifiers, etc. However, we have found that our 100ml diffuser oil should last for approximately 3-4 months, but ultimately this will depend on the temperature of your home.

If you like a more subtle scent or your Reed Diffuser is placed in a small room, start by adding fewer reeds. Medium scent throw can be achieved with 4-6 reeds and a more potent aroma between 6-8. If, at some point, you will find that your diffuser is diffusing too quickly or the scent is too strong, simply reduce the number of reeds in the bottle.

You could try flipping the reeds, this simple re-positioning can help to give the diffusion process a little boost. However, don’t flip them too often as the more often you flip your reeds the faster the oil will disperse. You could also give the bottle a very gentle “swirl”, this can also help to blend the ingredients of the oil and strengthen the scent.

Also, over time the reeds become completely saturated and can become clogged with dust. If you still have oil in the bottle and flipping the reeds doesn’t seem to help, consider replacing your reeds.

We always encourage you to reuse our jars and bottles. But if you would still like to dispose of them, try to clean the product container as much as possible and dispose of them via recycling.
